Dream Education has many personal relationships with Head teachers and Staffing Co-coordinators; the following is a
selection of the comments, which have been made to us through their letters of thanks:
"The consultants at Dream are very efficient, caring and understanding. I was amazed at how everything was arranged before I arrived from Australia. My bank accounts were opened in the U.K, accommodation and training in London was all taken care of, and the move to my job in Bracknell, just outside London was also arranged. I know that from speaking to other teachers, and my dealings with other agencies, that Dream is by far the most organised and caring agency that I am aware of… [I] have made much progress in my teaching career with many thanks to Dream…The induction was [also] excellent - very inspiring and extremely informative and professional, and the accommodation and move to my new job was very smooth. I feel that Dream really do care about their teachers and schools…I have highly recommended Dream to other teachers and would happily recommend anyone considering relocating to another country to work to trust Dream." Emma, Australia
"We have found the staff very helpful and professional. They respond to queries promptly and we have a regular contact that comes to know the school
well. We are able to specify what we require and to interview potential candidates over the telephone. We have not been pressured to accept
applicants but we have been impressed by the caliber of candidates offered to us."
Slough Grammar School
"... they (the teachers) appear to be very well assessed by Dream Education and we were very impressed with the way our staffing shortage
was quickly resolved by Dream."
Epsom and Ewell High School
"I have been very impressed at the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Dream. Nothing has been too much trouble - and within 48 hours
of my initial enquiry I had found the four teachers I needed."
Culvers House Primary School
"It has been a life changing experience for me since I was interviewed in Kingston Jamaica in 2001 by Geoff
Brown and given the opportunity to teach and live in England…I can truly say my teaching experience has been
enriched by the outstanding support and encouragement received from Geoff and his team. There have been
challenges, but with the constant support and assistance from Geoff and his other consultants I have
managed to forge ahead in the difficult times and continue to experience success, including my personal and
professional development. This experience has also offered me the opportunity to make a positive
contribution to my family’s welfare back home in Jamaica. My sincere thanks go to Geoff and all
others involved who have helped make this venture a reality." Sandra Robertson
"I would like to express my gratitude for what you have done for my family and I. Meeting you in 2001 was a
turning point in my life. Geoff, I have accomplished so much since arriving in England. In addition,
I know Ii have contributed positively to the British Education system based on the feedback since my
arrival. I am also grateful for your ongoing support since my arrival in the UK. Moving to West
Yorkshire was a wonderful experience that I would always cherish. The cultural experience was
phenomenal for students and me. I strongly believe that I have contributed to the development of a
diverse culture at the school and within the school community." Paul
To date we have organised Overseas Recruitment drives for Head teachers from Harrow, Newham, Doncaster, Bradford, Tamworth, Peterborough
and Cambridgeshire.
In the last two weeks of July 2004 we recruited 15 teachers for one ‘restart school’ in Lincolnshire and we are currently assisting other
DFES recommended schools with their specific recruitment problems.
