Dream is a personnel services group with specialist knowledge in public sector recruitment, specialising in supporting the government on recruitment and retention projects for a range of public sector staff.
Formed in 2000, Dream Group has offices in Australia, South Africa and across the UK and is therefore in a strategic position to source qualified candidates globally with a focus on public sector recruitment. As a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, Dream Group adhere to stringent quality procedures for public sector recruitment in the realms of Police, Education, Medical and Social Work recruitment.

Dream’s Specialist Divisions
Dream Education
Dream Education currently supports the Department for Education and Skills in recruiting experienced and qualified Commonwealth teachers and has recruited over 500 in the last two years. Dream Education is one of the few organisations that hold the prestigious Education Recruitment Quality Mark awarded by the DfES. The Quality Mark sets high standards for agencies in the selection, vetting, training and development of supply teachers and for protocol surrounding working with schools. Schools and LEA's can now be assured that at Dream all of our policies and practices are recognised as being Government approved.
Dream Medical
Within the NHS, Dream Medical is actively recruiting for scarce skills such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Radiographers, Pharmacists, Biomedical scientists and GP’s. Dream Medical supplies medical staff to hospitals and private practices all over the UK and Ireland. In addition to offering an honest and reliable recruitment service from consultants with combined experience of over 20 years NHS and medical recruitment experience, Dream Medical is the selected, preferred and sole supplier to many social services and NHS trusts. With the recent award of an ISO 9001:2000 accreditation and being a PASA approved agency, all Dream clients are guaranteed an internationally recognised standard of quality of service and procedure. Dream Policing
Dream Policing is fast becoming an intrinsic part of the Police Force through their owned and operated National Retired Officers Database (NROD). Dream Policing currently provide retired and former police officers to the Police Force in short, medium and long-term contracts on an hour by hour or case by case basis. Dream Policing is the leading police recruitment and managed services specialist in the UK. Through its Managed Services division Dream Policing are also able to deliver comprehensive bespoke managed services to address a wide range of policing issues. Via the Police recruitment division, Dream is able to supply well-qualified and experienced retired and former police officers to work along side regular officers on a range of functions that do not require the use of police powers.
Dream Social Work
Dream Social Work supply qualified and experienced social workers to a range of government and private organisations across the UK including the Department of Health. Our experienced consultants source qualified social workers from the UK as well as from overseas including, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Europe to support government retention projects especially in the area of Child Protection Services. Dream Social Work is working with a large number of local authorities to eradicate the severe shortages that exist in those authorities and geographical locations that are more difficult to recruit for.
