Darren Browne - Chief Executive Officer
Darren formed Dream Group in 2000 and is responsible for the strategic direction and day to day fiscal management of the Group. After beginning his career in construction recruitment with Hays Plc in 1984, Darren moved into IT recruitment with The 2000 Group where he enjoyed seven successful years before re-joining Hays Plc in the capacity of Sales Director within their IT Division.
In 1997, Darren was promoted to take over the running of Hays IT and presided over its growth to over 400 staff in 13 UK offices, as well as its expansion into Ireland, mainland Europe and Australia. During this period Darren led Hays IT to a market leading position which it still commands to this day.
Darren left Hays Plc in January 2000 to found Dream Group Ltd and is heavily involved as Chief Executive Officer for the Group.
Darren is the CEO of Day to Day Teachers, a teaching recruitment agency specializing in supply teaching within the UK.
Miles Davis - Managing Director
Miles, also a founding member of Dream Group, is the Managing Director of Dream Group and is responsible for the day-to-day running and strategy of the Policing division in particular. Miles also takes the role of overseeing the sales function of both the Medical and Education divisions. Before Dream entered the Policing market Miles was responsible for implementing all of Dream's infrastructure and facilities. Miles prides himself on his
'hands-on' involvement in the office and takes a professional and inspiring role with his valued staff.
Prior to joining Dream, Miles was responsible for the running of a specialist recruitment division of a management consultancy firm operating within investment banking and securities. Previous positions included a management role with Hays IT, where he worked with Darren in a senior capacity.
Miles is also founding Director of Day to Day Teachers and is involved in a senior capacity with other business ventures with the Group.
