Geoff Brown - Director of Education Division
Geoff B.Ed. MA joined Dream in June 2002 as the Director of Education. Geoff has twenty-two years educational experience ranging from teacher to
Head Teacher within three different schools and an LEA Advisor in East Sussex. Geoff also acted as a senior manager for five years with
Time Plan Education Group.
Within Dream, Geoff is responsible for the day-to-day and overall running of all aspects of the Education Division in Australia, South Africa
and the UK. In addition to managing this successful recruitment division, Geoff has reviewed all areas of practice and introduced documented
policy with regard to these. These policies and practice were examined by the REC in 2002 and as a result, Dream was awarded the Quality Mark.
Geoff is involved in all areas of the Dream Education team and serves as a consultant, Manager and Director.
Tony Rogers - Director of Policing
Tony joined Dream Policing Support as a Director in April 2004 following his retirement from the Police Force and is responsible for Dream Policing
Support’s Managed Services Division. This division provides the police Service and other Law Enforcement Agencies with Outsourced Solutions
in the areas of; reviews (organisational, policy and crime), training (the writing and delivery of bespoke accredited training courses)
and consultancy including project management of a wide range of policing projects.
Prior to joining Dream, Tony was head of crime policy development within South Wales and was responsible for overseeing all Local and Regional
ACPO lead crime policies. Tony is a former member of ACPO Crime, Intelligence and Organised Crime and TAM Committees and chair
of the ACPO Homicide Working Group.
