Dream Group is a PASA approved agency and as such we will require a complete file from you ASAP upon registration. To make this registration process as smooth as possible please ensure you can supply us with:
- An up to date CV
- Two references from within the last two years
- Copies of degrees and professional qualifications
- Copies of Manual Handling and CPR training from the last 12 months
- Completed occupational health questionnaire
- Copies of any immunisations you have received
- Completed CRB disclosure form
