Dream Policing Support Managed Services Division is headed by Tony Rogers, a former Assistant Chief Constable for South Wales Police and a member of ACPO Crime, Intelligence and Organised Crime and Terrorist and Allied Matters Committees, and chair of the ACPO Homicide Working Group. Since retiring from the service, Tony has been the advisor to ACPO teams and SIO’s in a number of high profile complex homicide investigations including; the Cambridgeshire Police for the Soham murder investigation of Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells. He has also overseen the review of specialist department such as, TSU, CHIS, special branch, major investigation teams, Organisational response to organised crime, DNA and fingerprint finalising, CCTV analysis and homicide reviews.

Major Crime Reviews
Police forces are required to conduct regular reviews of ongoing and undetected homicide investigations as per ACPO policy, other unsolved crimes such as stranger rapes also benefit from review. This can present individual forces with considerable difficulties in terms of availability of the necessary resources and expertise.
The team can conduct a focused, thematic, 28-day, or complete comprehensive review by working to the agreed terms of reference and methodology, leading to a comprehensive report to include case specific and organisational specific recommendations. The final presentation of findings can be given to a select audience acting as a training opportunity to other force personnel.
