Dream Policing provides skilled and experienced retired and former police officers of all ranks to support serving
officers in Police Forces across the UK in a wide range of duties which do not require the use of a warrant card.
The Police Force is facing ever-increasing demands and for this reason having visibility of front line police officers
is being compromised by the need to draw upon serving officers to help in various non-warrant holding duties.
By utilising Dream Policing Support staff, forces are able to call upon an ever increasing pool of skilled and
experienced retired officers for short, medium and long-term assignments, assisting serving officers who can continue
their operational tasks.
Provided you meet our criteria and are accepted by Dream Policing Support, we will place you on our database as a
contingency for police forces. When we receive a requirement from an individual force we will then endeavour to match
your skills, experience and geographical location to that requirement.
Administration will be kept to an absolute minimum within the requirements of each separate contract. You will be
covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and your Tax and National Insurance will be administered by Dream Policing
Support. All earnings inclusive of expenses will be paid directly to into your bank account.
